Genn Family Board Member Aly Pain has over 20 years experience as a facilitator and trainer, including over 10 years experience in the personal development field.
She is an approved speaker for TEC Canada, a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute in the Co-Active Coaching Program (CPCC), and holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Aly is one of the first 70 people globally to graduate and be certified by the Center for Right Relationships Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching program (ORSCC). She has worked extensively with executive teams and high-net worth families, some of which own large multi- generational organizations and employ their family members within that.
Aly is currently pursuing her Master Certified Coach designation with the ICF – the highest and most rigorous standard held by less than 450 coaches globally.
Aly currently lives in Vernon BC in the Okanagan valley with her husband Jeff Pain, three-time Olympian and 2006 Silver Medalist. They enjoy skiing, boating and being active with their two boys.
